BSSH Lunchtime Symposium

25/04/2024
The Royal Armouries Main Hall, Leeds

Join LEDA Orthopaedics at the lunchtime symposium on hand fractures run by the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH). Taking place at the Royal Armouries Museum on April 25th, the event will see the assembly of an expert panel to discuss orthopaedic techniques, pitfalls, case studies, and aftercare regarding hand fractures. This panel will feature medical experts from one of the largest orthopaedic departments anywhere in the UK – the Barts Health NHS Trust. The symposium offers seasoned orthopaedic practitioners an opportunity for further education and LEDA are thrilled to attend.

We are excited to see our own Jan Dietrich take the lead in explaining the design process and intention behind Skeletal Dynamics’ Threaded Hand Nail System. Its launch earlier in 2024 has seen it be recognised by surgeons across the world as a pioneering solution for intramedullary fixation of both metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.
