MAIA CMCJ & Hand Surgery Cadaveric Course

9th September 2026
University of Leeds Anatomy Lab; Worsley Building, Level 9, Woodhouse; Leeds, West Yorkshire; LS2 9JT
We’re incredibly excited to be hosting the Hand Surgery Cadaveric Course at the extraordinary University of Leeds Anatomy Lab on Wednesday 9th September. It’s a privilege to welcome such an esteemed faculty of Waseem Bhat, Carol Chan, David Leonard and Chrishan Mariathas with guest faculty Patrick Goon for what promises to be a dynamic and hands-on day of surgical education.
The course will explore the MAIA CMCJ replacement in depth, from indications and supporting literature to surgical technique, with expert-led cadaveric demonstrations and delegate lab sessions throughout the day. We’re also looking forward to the L3D session, which will offer valuable insights into digital planning and surgical precision.
In the afternoon, delegates will have the opportunity to observe and practice advanced techniques during the INCA and THN cadaveric demo along with closing the course with an ad-hoc cadaveric session supplying a fantastic chance to gain practical experience with cutting-edge tools and approaches.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Leeds for a day of learning, collaboration, and surgical innovation
