We are genuinely excited to be attending Controversies in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery – 2025 and Beyond. This event brings together an outstanding faculty and a forward-thinking programme that promises to challenge current practices and spark meaningful conversations. From the evolving guidelines on infection and their real-world implications, to the debate around centralisation and access in hub services, the sessions are set to offer valuable insights into the complexities of modern upper limb care. The trauma segment will explore the impact of delays and disruptions, while the registries and replacements discussions will highlight how data is shaping clinical decisions. Looking ahead, we’re particularly intrigued by the exploration of AI in surgery and the future of specialist services. With such a rich and diverse agenda, we look forward to learning, sharing, and connecting with colleagues who are equally passionate about advancing shoulder and elbow surgery.
